If you need an estimate for insurance purposes the will be a charge of $65.00.
If you have not closed on the property and need an estimate
to negotiate a price
there will be a charge of $65.00 for the estimate.
In both cases if the work is then done by Morrison's Home Improvement
the $65.00 will be deducted from the cost of the work. |
