CUSTOMER DRIVEN
In 1992, Steve Morrison started this company with a goal in mind. He wanted to provide the people of Berkshire County with the best possible service and the best products available for all their home improvement needs. Steve's vision was to be not only the biggest but, more importantly, the best. Since then, the company has grown, seen good times and bad, and made many changes, but one thing stayed the same - that promise and commitment to our customers.
Holding ourselves to that level of quality is what makes us stand out from the rest. Customers tell us all the time how nice it is to call and have a live person on the other end ready to answer questions and help any way they can. Many people feel a sense of comfort in that. They know we are well established in the community and will be here should any problems arise down the road. Can you say that about some of the other companies working off the back of their trucks? Those companies offer the "tail-light warranty" which only lasts as long as you can see their tail-lights. Should anything go wrong, we will be there to do our best to make things right.
Trade shows and sitting through training courses many seem like a waste of time to many contractors, but staying on top of the industry is important to us. Installing shingles the way your father taught you and the way his father taught him would be fine if the products never changed. These days products improve all the time and knowing how to install them correctly is essential.
Understanding that every house and every homeowner has different needs and concerns, we offer a large selection of products in every price range. We have even partnered in the Energy StarŪ Program in order to educate our customers on saving energy. A well-informed customer makes better decisions and is less likely to be disappointed. Every satisfied customer brings us one step closer to our goal.
One thing we don't want our customers to know is the frustration of having the finish carpenter waiting on the plumber who is waiting on the framer who can't do a thing until the electrician gets there and they won't return any phone calls.
