Dear Steve,
We are now writing our third letter commending you for the great work you have done for us. Morrison's did a bathroom renovation in our previous home in 1998 and we were so impressed that we called upon you again last fall to do a bathroom in our new home. As I told you when that project was done, we were so pleased with the results, we moved up our plan to renovate our kitchen.
By now, we are beginning to run out of words of praise for the work you have done. For this kitchen project, you gave us some great ideas as we began the process and led us in the right direction in dealing with reputable vendors who would meet our and your high standards. We were able to develop a plan that would meet our needs for many years to come.
This renovation was incredibly easy for us from day one. Your extremely talented carpenters checked in every day to let us know what they would be doing and what we could expect when we got home. The kitchen and adjoining garage staging areas were always left immaculate. The workers were very careful about keeping other areas of the house as clean as possible, despite the necessary dust and disruption. Everyone made themselves available to answer questions and give advice on questions that always come up. We were always given an opportunity to think about possible changes along the way, resulting in a kitchen that is better and more beautiful then we could have imagined. We can't say enough good things about the workers you sent to our home. They were absolutely incredible and we left for work day knowing our home was in good hands.
We have been raving to our friends about this project from the start and have had people comment to us that they have never heard anyone talk about a kitchen renovation without complaining. Our experience with Morrison's has been wonderful and we attribute it to the personal commitment you gave our project. We believe your frequent visits to check on the progress and offer advice is the type of personal touch that sets Morrison's apart.

Dear Steve,
Congratulations to you and your staff on the sucessful completion of our home renovation project. The new kitchen, vinyl windows, siding, doors and nichiha on our chimneys have enhanced our home appearance 1000%. We are looking forward to saving 49% on our heating bills.
We read many testimonials of your previous customers and must admit we were a bit skeptical. However, we must say we were more that pleasantly surprised with the excellent manner in which all your employees performed. They all had one thing in common: Customer satisfaction!
Although everyone did their best doing various assignments, we would be remiss if we did not bring to your attention the excellent work Mark did on our kitchen. He want above and beyond our expectations to ensure that every phase of the renovation resulted in nothing less than outstanding workmanship.
We, of course, cannot forget you. You always checked in with us at least once a week to make sure we were happy. You responded to all our concerns promptly.
